With that said Siesta Roofing was excellent. They worked with us on what we needed, addressed our concerns and followed through with everything on the contract. With projects like this, their is always unforseen issues that may come up and in our case we had several. Siesta Roofing alerted us, made sure we we all on the same page for those issues and went far above the scope of work to take care of those issues. The crew showed up in the morning, prepared all areas around our house and cleaned the entire area at the end of the day including using a magnet, brooms, boots on the ground walk through for nails around the house, driveway, back yard and all other areas EACH DAY! Not just at the end of the job. Myself, neighbors and lawn crew haven't had 1 issue with a nail in the tire. They told us it may take a week to complete our house, they were done in 4 days . We worked with Edward and Leo at start of  working out the contract to the end of the job and never had an issue getting ahold of them and were onsite each day making sure all was good. Literally hands on, start to finish. These days it seems everything is battle. We decided to add new gutters and they were able to complete that project as well. We requested pricing and information from roofing contractors and received and evaluated 9 bids.  Based on the professional presentation, emphasis on detail, and a competitive price, we selected Siesta Roofing to roof our 8 buildings.  I believe my comments would apply if you are a single homeowner.\n\nOur satisfaction with the work performance could not be any higher.  The workers worked long hours, sometimes 12 hours a day. They were respectful and very hard workers.  There was a member of management on site every day to ensure a smooth workflow and quality work over the 5 weeks they worked.\n\nWe had concerns about roofing nails and debris on our grounds.  In this area, Siesta shined.  They continually cleaned and ran magnets over our asphalt and grass, picking up every nail.  Even now, a month since completion, we have found only 5 nails. Our grounds were pristine.\n\nGutters were a concern also.  While we accepted responsibility for damaged gutters, Siesta was so careful that there was no damage.  Every gutter and every fastner or nail were in place.  Exceptional work.\n\nIn conclusion, every member of our Association was pleased with Siesta's work and the performance of their workers. Everyone in the company worked nonstop that day until dark and came back early the next morning to get as much done as they could before the storm started.  By the time the rain started, they had been able to  complete it enough that it wouldn’t leak if it hit us badly. And good news — it didn’t leak!\n\nOne thing I really liked, was they always cleaned up the debris around our house and yard every night before they left.
