He is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain the entire process clearly, and followed up consistently to make sure we were comfortable with every stage of the job. That level of communication made a real difference. The crew were professional, polite, and very conscientious. They kept everything tidy and worked to a high standard throughout. Miguel, the project manager, was excellent. Very hands-on, hardworking, and clearly knows his craft. He ensured everything stayed on track and was always available to answer questions. As with hiring any contractor you're never 100% sure how it's gonna go no matter how much research you do before choosing one. With that said Siesta Roofing was excellent. They worked with us on what we needed, addressed our concerns and followed through with everything on the contract. With projects like this, their is always unforseen issues that may come up and in our case we had several. Siesta Roofing alerted us, made sure we we all on the same page for those issues and went far above the scope of work to take care of those issues. The crew showed up in the morning, prepared all areas around our house and cleaned the entire area at the end of the day including using a magnet, brooms, boots on the ground walk through for nails around the house, driveway, back yard and all other areas EACH DAY! Not just at the end of the job. Myself, neighbors and lawn crew haven't had 1 issue with a nail in the tire. They told us it may take a week to complete our house, they were done in 4 days . We worked with Edward and Leo at start of working out the contract to the end of the job and never had an issue getting ahold of them and were onsite each day making sure all was good. Literally hands on, start to finish. These days it seems everything is battle. Siesta Roofing knocked it out of the park.

From the time I contacted Siesta Roofing They came down within a couple of days in a company vehicle very professional. The sales profession had information about the company and had samples to show me the product samples that they would be using on installation of my roof and from that point on they quoted me the price And submitted quote in writing and we agreed and the process began Took care of everything and made it so easy and they did it professionally and did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything from start to finish. The job took both four weeks and the whole process was made so easy on my part and they cooperated and communication was excellent. I want to thank Nazar for being the sales rep and also being the project manager, which made me feel comfortable if I had any questions at all, he was right there to answer him so I want to thank you very much for your services and well done thank you

This was a 5 star experience all around. We live in a 24 unit condo and all needed new roofs. They were on time every time and super polite and respectful. The supervisor Paul was onsite making sure all our needs were met. They covered the driveway and area so there were no nails left. They cleaned up every night before leaving. My husband is the VP on board here and the entire board was very pleased. I highly recommend Siesta Roofing.
